Aibote mastered several key technologies including integrated water circuit technology, reverse osmosis technology, leakage sealing technology, residual chlorine removal technology, high efficiency water purification technology, water saving technology, instant water heating technology and zero overnight water technology.
Currently, Aibote obtained 330 patents in total, including 25 innovation patents and 137 utility model patents and 168 design patents.
What's more, Aibote is the deputy chief member of China Drinking Water Appliance Technical Committee, and a member of National Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC283)-Household Water Treatment.
What's more, Aibote has contributed to the development of 6 national standards and one industry standard in the last five years.
Through accreditation for ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system, Aibote has the authority to conduct autonomous export transactions. All water filtration products from Aibote have received approval for their sanitary standards prescribed by the Ministry of Health of China, and are certified in accordance with China Compulsory Certification (CCC certification), CE certification from the China Quality Certification Center, and has Pacific Property Insurance's protective liability insurance.

Our manufacturing plant is made up of 4 main workshops: injection molding workshop, RO membrane rolling workshop, waterway board assembly workshop and whole unit assembly workshop. And it comes equipped with 6 intelligent injection molding lines, 3 dust-free automatic filter membrane production lines, 2 automatic filter cartridge assembling lines and 4 water filter assembling lines. At injection molding workshop, there are 57 robotic manipulators with mold monitoring system that shows the status of molds in real time. In RO rolling workshop, there are anti-UV iso-temperature warehouse to store the filters. In waterway board workshop, you will witness AIBOTE pioneering waterway board production and assembly process. In whole unit assembly workshop, standardized assembly process and inspection procedure is strictly performed.
